Have you lost your mind! It seems that things are getting better for food intake, but last night after dinner Mel and I went out to buy some things, and I ended up throwing up in the parking lot. There was no food, but just mucous, but it is still a bit of a concern. It was approximately 1 hour after we had finished eating and occurred after walking around for awhile. I am not sure exactly what is causing this as it is not consistent, but I suspect it is due to difficulty in digesting. After I throw up then I am fine and then things are ok and I digest the food without an issue. I will need to mention this to my doctors and my dieticians when I chat with them next week. I also have an appointment with the physiotherapist as well. My weight seems to have stabilized and i now fluctuate between 136 and 138. I sometimes drop a bit and then go up and stays between that weight at the moment. on the bright side though intake is still good. Today I ate a slice of pizza and did not have much issue and could have had a bit more afterwards. The key is to slow down my intake and I can easily eat every couple of hours. We are having flank steak for dinner and I will be able to eat a couple of slices of meat for that.
I have a heater in my office that I like to run and it keeps my office nice and toasty. I imagine that most people who entered my office would think that it is excessively warm, but to me it is pretty awesome. It makes the rest of the house feel quite cold though as the temperature change from my office is staggering. I love it. It allows me to function fairly well in the office as I am nice and warm. I think that is one of the worst things with losing so much weight. I have no more fat and now I get cold all of the time. I bought some rechargeable hand warmers and they are fantastic. I use them at hockey games and it allows me to take stats on my phone without gloves on. Hopefully I can gain more weight over the next couple of months. My clothing seems to not fit me as well and a lot of my clothing hangs rather loosely on me. The large air gaps I think make it difficult to stay warm. I have stopped wearing most of the clothing that is XL, and still wear some of the L clothing and transitioning to M. In some things I am sure that I would be able to fit in S. My body is transitioning a bit though as I seem to be building a bit more muscle and a bit less fat.
