6:30 – I am waiting in the surgery admission room now. It is interesting how many people are here first thing in the morning. The atmosphere here is much different than last time. A lot of the people this morning have a support person with them. Not everyone is here for overnight, but people have overnight bags. I did not bring one. Melanie will bring it for me later or maybe I will recover fast enough to be discharged by the end of the day. Four to Six hours is tons of time to recover.
Take care of yourself and don’t try to do too much. I know it is frustating doing nothing. Thinking of you and your family.
